Introduction to Project Management
This workshop is designed for new project managers or people with projects to manage that may be struggling with planning processes. At the end of the session, delegates will have a simple-to-use toolkit, which will aid them in project planning and better managing those who are working with them.
Introduction to Project Management can be held as two half-days sessions or as a one-day workshop.
How to Manage Your Email Inbox
This half-day course is aimed at those who are overwhelmed or struggling with their inbox. Often, answering emails can end up being a full-day task, which can limit time to get your 'to do' list completed. In this course, you'll learn new approaches to how to manage your email and technical skills to deal with emails more efficiently when you neat too.
Effective Time Management
This one-day workshop will help you learn the need for reflection, planning, organising, setting goals, and responding to demands you have in your job each day. Aimed at helping those improve their time management by prioritising activities that give bigger returns at work and in life, to help manage them.
Introduction to Excel
If you've not used Excel before and are looking for a boost into how to use the program, this course is for you. At the end of this one day course, you will be able to confidently use Excel to create calculations, charts, sort large databases, create charts, and so much more.
Excel for Intermediate Users
This course is aimed at people who feel confident using Excel to create basic formulas, but want to learn how to use Excel more efficiently. Using techniques like Absolute Cell References and exploring more Conditional Formatting Settings, you will come away from this course with the ability to do work in Excel faster.
Excel for Advanced Users
This course is aimed at people who know how to use Excel, but want to improve your ability to organise and analyse data. At the end of the course, you will be confident in creating formulas that use Absolute Cell Reference ($ to fix cells when copied) along with other more complex functions.
Excel for Advanced Users is held online and in the classroom.
Excel for Expert Users
The Excel for Expert Users course is split into two half-days, aimed at helping you deepen your understanding of complex calculations, so that you can get the most out of Excel. At the end of this course, you will be able to compare lists of data, cross reference information, create more powerful indexes and much more.
Power BI Desktop Fundamentals
This two-day workshop is aimed at those who want to learn more about Power BI Desktop, the Microsoft tool that can be used to create insightful reports by combining data from various sources. This course supports both the paid and free version of Power BI Desktop.
Happy Leadership Programme
This programme is aimed at those who are looking to develop practical leadership and management skills, to create a high-performing team. It's a longer programme, taking place across 12 two-hour online sessions or four one-day sessions. This programme has been designed to help you create a culture of trust and autonomy for your people, develop your coaching skills and discover your leadership purpose.
