Course Overview

Currently all of our classroom sessions have been suspended until we receive further government guidance. We have converted this classroom workshop into an interactive webinar delivered via Zoom — Face-to-Face Live Online Learning.

We have had to adjust the course content slightly so it can be delivered online — please see below for the updated outline.

This full day remote course will be delivered via a combination of face-to-face live-online Zoom sessions and self-guided study. The self-guided elements will focus on explaining the concepts and tools and allow for self-reflection. While the Zoom sessions will focus on group interaction, discussion, exercises, and opportunities to practice the skills. We use the full functionality of Zoom to ensure our sessions are interactive, including small breakout rooms where you can run-through skills in small groups.

Please do not plan any other remote meetings on this day. It can be intense being online and we’d love you to be fresh throughout the learning.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will advise all clients if the situation changes.

If you have any questions or concerns, or would like to arrange some online training, our friendly team are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You can leave a message on 020 7375 7300 or email us at

Did you know...

...the stories we create around conflict often prevent us from finding a constructive solution?

Conflict resolution isn't about us winning and the other person losing; placing blame and identifying ourselves as the victims. It's tempting to frame it this way, but these sorts of narratives tend to take us further away from constructive solutions.
