Introduction to Project Management – two-day programme
This two-day project management training course provides a valuable introduction to effective project management, from developing the original project idea to writing the final project report. It includes a range of practical project planning and management tools, and a handy guide to all the jargon. Ideal for those just starting in project management.
Project Management in a Day
This highly interactive and intensive one-day course will help you understand what Project Management is really all about. Drawing on practical examples we’ll cut through the jargon and give you what you need to get started. You may even leave with a project plan ready for the next day at work. Ideal for those just starting in Project Management, who are comfortable learning at a faster pace.
Project Management: Agile in a Day
Agile management is a new, flexible way of managing projects. Agile allows projects to adjust to changing requirements and timescales, and quickly respond and adjust a project based on customer feedback. In this intensive one day programme, you will learn the principles of Agile, its benefits, and you will develop a project plan to use in your workplace that you can put into action straight away.
MS Project Fast Track Essentials
On this one day course, you will learn how to use the basic features in MS Project to create a project plan, manage resources and perform basic project tracking. This course is ideal for anyone who has not used MS Project before, or is self-taught and has gaps in their knowledge.
Changes in our business environment seem to be happening more quickly as technology develops. The problem is that processes don’t always adapt as quickly.
This intensive one-day training course will look at what is meant by continuous improvement and how some simple techniques will help us review processes and look for better ways of working.
Managing a Project Team
This one-day training course explores some of the issues associated with managing or leading a group of people who have come together to deliver a project. You will explore the challenges presented in taking responsibility for the work of a group of people who you do not line manage and who may have specialisms or interests very different to your own.
This course is currently only available as a private group, held either at Happy’s training centre in central London or at your location across the UK.
If you can’t see what you need, or would like more details, please contact our team to discuss your requirements. We can create content tailored specifically to you and your team’s needs.
