Stakeholder Management and Engagement

If you are managing projects or implementing change then the key to success is to know and understand your stakeholders; that is anyone who is impacted by the product or change you want to deliver, or anyone who has an impact on your ability to deliver it. Too often we overlook or don’t fully understand those groups or individuals. That can mean we face resistance or other difficulties that could have been avoided.

This one-day online workshop will look at how you can identify your stakeholders; once you know who they are, you can then find out their requirements, manage their expectations and harness their enthusiasm, influence, and expertise to help you deliver successful change.

If you are a stakeholder on someone else’s project, we can run a customised version of this that gives you tools to manage the workload that can cause and to ask assertively for what you need. Please get in touch for more information.
