Learn how to enhance your ability to effectively manage your stress levels as well as the stress levels in your team with our one-day training course.
This workshop is currently available online as Face-to-Face Live Online Learning using Zoom for public bookings. We are able to offer classroom sessions for private bookings only — please get in touch for availability.
- Identify symptoms of stress
- Establish triggers of stress for you and your team including organisational factors
- Risk assessment: what you can do to support your staff to tackle the issues underlying it

- Discuss the importance of managing your own stress
- Identify further coping mechanisms for stress and how to put them into practice immediately
- Practise a simple mindfulness exercise to create a breathing space in your day

The course was great- involved lots of hands on activity and discussion which was engaging. Would be nice to have more visuals (on screen or on paper) as I am a visual learner but that is just a personal preference.

Group Learning Events

The Small Print
The course will run from 10am to 4:30pm (lunch is served 1pm to 1:45pm — we offer a choice of 3 cold bowl dishes). Please be careful to arrive by 9.45am for registration and refreshments. The course will start precisely on time and it may not be possible to go back over material missed by late arrivals. If you arrive over 30 minutes late you may be asked to leave and attend another day.
