It has been designed to give you advice and strategies to cope with change at work, including self-care, keeping motivated and communicating effectively.

This one-day Managing Change Positively workshop is suitable for team leaders and managers who are responsible for implementing change at work and supporting their teams through it.

On this workshop, you will:

  • Understand the dynamics of change
  • Discover the emotional stages people go through when facing change
  • Learn practical tools to support people through the complex emotions of change
  • Explore the most effective leadership approach in changing times
  • Identify the eight steps to manage change successfully in an organisation

You will also create your own personal action plan to use beyond the programme.

The Small Print

The course will run from 10am to 4:30pm (hot buffet 1pm to 1:45pm). Please be careful to arrive by 9.45am for registration and refreshments. The course will start precisely on time and it may not be possible to go back over material missed by late arrivals. If you arrive over 30 minutes late you may be asked to leave and attend another day.
