Free Leadership and Personal Development Taster Sessions with happy

We’d like to invite you to attend our Open Day on 25th September, held at Happy's HQ in London.

We will be offering a range of workshops covering IT skills, Leadership and Personal Development programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to see Happy's training rooms and meet us in person, as well as to give you a feel for how we deliver interactive and engaging learning. If you’ve ever wondered what one of our courses is like, now is your opportunity to meet the team and try us out!

About the sessions

Each session is intended to give you a feel for how we deliver learning or to trial a course you may be interested in, either for yourself or for your organisation before you commit to the full workshop. If you enjoy our taster sessions, you can then go on to book the full course and receive even more benefit from your learning.

All workshops are ticketed so please make sure you RSVP in advance – spaces are limited.

We will also be offering lunch (delivered by local supplier Karma Cans) and networking drinks after the last session. These are free - just let us know you will be joining us by RSVPing below.

Due to the limited number of places, we are asking that no more than two people per organisation attend each session.

Please note that there will be a professional photographer at Happy on the day to document the occasion. Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed!

You will receive your joining instructions after booking your place, but please contact our Account Management team if you haven't received these or if you have any questions.

In this taster session we will be exploring what assertive leadership looks like and what this means from a woman's perspective.

During this session, you will look at:

  • What are your choices as an assertive leader?
  • Who inspires you and what can you learn from them?

Happy provides a Level 3 programme for first-time managers, team leaders and supervisors, a Level 5 programme for more experienced managers and department leaders, and a Level 7 programme designed for senior leaders who want to make a real cultural change in their workplace.
