We now have a range of Continuing Professional Development, or CPD, certified courses. CPD is an essential, recognised approach to helping you keep your skills and knowledge up to date. It supports conscious and pro-active learning and demonstrates commitment towards your role or profession. Our CPD certified courses have been checked by a third party, including all handouts, slides and other supporting learning materials. This ensures our courses have the latest information and are relevant to your role.
We believe that great leadership training should be available to everyone. We're excited to announce that there have been significant changes to apprenticeship programmes that make our Leadership Apprenticeship Programmes more accessible than ever before. This includes the removal of the Maths and English requirement for over 18s (unless required by the employer) and updated course outlines.
Hydah Nawab, the Deputy Service Manager at Via Redbridge, took part in our Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship, where she was able to have fun while learning valuable skills that ensured she was able to launch Via's new wellbeing coaching programme, Re-new.
"Like many in leadership positions, I initially wondered whether another development programme would truly offer something different. There's often a concern that leadership training can feel overly theoretical or too prescriptive," says Laura Cristea, Head of Marketing at Energise. "But from the very first session, Happy put those concerns to rest. The approach is thoughtful and inclusive, with a clear understanding of how to make learning feel energising."
“Happy had learners at the heart of the journey, as opposed to other training providers we’ve experienced. We felt that the learners came first all the way through, and that there was a real interest in us an organisation,” says Sarah Rose, Director of Operations at Dorset Mental Health Forum.
Join us on 5th March at 9.30am for an opportunity to reflect and celebrate this International Women’s Day. We will also have a free training session on AI and how it can be used as a co-thinker to help overcome feelings of imposterism.
Happy has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award 2025 — an independent seal of excellence, based on customer reviews on the Feefo platform.
