Which course is right for you?

If you have no previous training experience or less than six months of training experience: Start with our Training the IT Trainer Essentials course or our Train the Trainer Essentials course.

If you are an experienced trainer with no previous training certification: Choose TPMA Essentials. If you already have a prior trainer certification (such as TAP) choose the TPMA Refresher/Conversion course.

Train the IT Trainer Essentials

Whether you’re a complete beginner to training or simply looking for more formal support, this course will give you your first opportunity to learn how to create great IT training. You will learn Happy’s ‘learner-focused’ training method and will benefit from our extensive knowledge of training as well as your own experiences.

Train the Trainer Essentials

This two-day training course is designed for anyone who is new to training, or for whom training staff is only a part of their role (rather than a full-time trainer). You will learn how to facilitate engaging Management and Soft Skills workshops in Happy’s learner-focused style, including creating a lesson plan and suitable exercises to help the material ‘stick’.

TPMA Trainer Certification Essentials

Become a Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) accredited trainer with our four-day Trainer Performance and Monitoring Assessment (TPMA) certification course. Over four days, you will practice, be challenged and receive invaluable feedback.

Designed for trainers with at least six months experience, you will spend three days learning how to deliver interactive and engaging training. The final fourth day is your assessment day, where you will undergo a formal professional assessment.

TPMA Refresher and Renewal

This course is designed for anyone who has previously passed the Trainer Performance and Monitoring Assessment (TPMA) certification and would like to reaccredit and refresh their skills.

Participants should be previously accredited TPMA trainers, or have an older accreditation such as TAP.

Creating eLearning with Articulate Storyline

This two-day course will give you all of the tools to create your own eLearning project, on any subject or specialism. You will learn all of the basic and intermediate features of the Articulate Storyline software, as well as the principles of good learning design and how to plan and develop an eLearning project.

Effective Group Facilitation

This two-day course considers how to draw out ideas and insights when facilitating different groups, how to manage different types of groups, as well as managing difficult groups. It’s a great way to learn to get the best from your learners when facilitating a training session, meeting or other group event.

Enabling Collective Learning

A highly interactive one-day workshop that equips managers with the principles of social learning and how they can be applied successfully within teams.

Kickstart your eLearning Project
