Happy Awarded Feefo Gold Trusted Service Award 2018

Happy has won the Feefo Gold Service award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.

Created by Feefo, Trusted Service is awarded only to those businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine ratings and reviews. Those that meet the high standard, based on the number of reviews they have collected, and their average rating, are awarded. A badge of honour, this accreditation remains unique, as it is based purely on the interactions with verified customers. As all reviews are verified as genuine, the accreditation is a true reflection of a business’ commitment to outstanding service.

Happy met the criteria of collecting at least 50 reviews between 1st January 2017 and 31st December 2017, with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0. Happy’s score over the full year is 4.7, equivalent to 94% – click here to view all of their reviews.

  1. Very unprofessional Teacher (Rudy)&Waste of Time

    I signed up with Happy Ltd for their Excel Core Level 3 course and had a very unpleasant experience that wasted a half day of my time. This failure occurred on multiple levels.
    First, the course started approx. 40min late. Including my early arrival of 15minutes, I had to wait an hour for the course to start.
    Second, Rudy, the teacher treated me in a highly arbitrary manner with a very unprofessional attitude. After finally starting, Rudy pulled me out of the room within the first couple of minutes and requested that I be kicked out of his class and downgraded to the Level 2 course. I had made a typographical error on the first exercise and literally had only entered one formula in the first cell.
    How is it possible for any teacher to professionally complete an assessment of a new student after seeing 30sec of work? It is not.
    Third, John, the guy who Rudy called when I complained and is presumably the manager, asked me if I complete an assessment prior to the course and noted that teachers are entitled to kick students out of a class if they believe the level to be inappropriate.No request to complete an assessment test was mentioned either before or after I was emailed a confirmation with my enrolment.
    I would suggest the company needs to review the training of their teachers and explicitly note the requirement of completing an assessment test prior to enrolling.
    I am extremely dissatisfied about my experience with Happy Ltd and would advise everyone to avoid their courses. I am most annoyed that I wasted half of a day and received such shabby treatment.
