Prices Changing for IT Courses in 2019

Prices Changing for IT Courses in 2019

We have been reviewing our IT course content and pricing over the last few months, looking in detail at our customer feedback and how we can improve the service that we provide to our clients.

As a result, we will be making several changes to our IT courses that will come into play from 1st January 2019. We have made several service improvements, and we will also be increasing the prices of our IT training courses:

  • Improvements to IT courses – pre- and post-course materials, better lunch when learning at Happy.
  • Simplified pricing – no price change from Level 2 to Level 3 courses.
  • Increased pricing for standard courses and lowered pricing for intensive courses.
  • Pricing comes into effect in 2019 – bookings made now for 2019 will be at the existing pricing.

Improving our IT courses

All delegates on our IT training courses will now receive a colour manual (currently this is just a black and white manual) as well as a quick reference guide to keep after the course. We will also be providing bespoke pre- and post-course materials, with videos and blogs to support your learning.

All courses held at Happy’s training centre in Aldgate include a hot buffet lunch (with a choice of two main courses) and a range of side salads, and this will be improved from the new year.

Simplified pricing

We have looked at our existing two-tier approach for Core Level 1 and 2 and Core Level 3 and above, and have now one flat rate for all of our standard courses.

We are continuing to offer two pricing tiers for private group courses for up to four learners and for up to eight learners.

These changes make booking much simpler, and we hope that this will encourage learners to continue to develop their skills.

Price changes

At Happy, we have endeavoured to keep our course prices competitive – and have not had a price increase in 10 years. Over time we have been increasingly incurring costs that we can no longer absorb. This has meant an increase in our standard course prices.

Public course rates for our range of intensive courses have actually gone down, making these an even better and more affordable option for learners!

However, even with the increased pricing, we are still cheaper than many of our competitors who offer a lower rated service than we do (according to independent online customer reviews).

These new prices will be coming into effect from 1st January 2019 – courses booked before this date for 2019 will be at the existing prices, so this is a perfect time to book your IT training requirements for next year!
