Perfect Grammar and Punctuation
Many staff writers have little grounding in grammar and punctuation, so it’s not surprising when they get it wrong in their letters and emails. This lack of expertise undermines their ability to communicate clearly and their job satisfaction. It can suggest a more general lack of expertise and can give a poor impression of the writer and the organisation they represent.
This one-day training course will make you more capable and confident by showing you how to write grammatically, punctuate correctly, and effectively structure and layout letters and emails.

Good training. Could have done with some actual roll play around chairing meetings and dealing with difficult situations
