Anger Management at Work
A course for anyone experiencing or affected by anger in the workplace. During the day, we will look at the purpose that anger serves, how to identify its onset, understanding the role of physical sensation and thinking, and alternative ways to withhold or constructively express it.
As this is new to our programme, we are currently offering this one-day workshop at the special introductory price of £195 per person, or £95 per person for charities with less than 15 members of paid staff.

The Small Print
The course will run from 10am to 4:30pm (hot buffet 1pm to 1:45pm). Please be careful to arrive by 9.45am for registration and refreshments. The course will start precisely on time and it may not be possible to go back over material missed by late arrivals. If you arrive over 30 minutes late you may be asked to leave and attend another day.
