About Hogan Assessments
Who is it for?
The Hogan assessment gives you true insight not just about your own values, strengths and potential but crucially about your reputation at work. Through the feedback you will identify and understand your tendencies and behaviour and also discuss the development areas that could be derailing your success.
Feedback is given by Nicky Stone. As well as being Hogan certified, Nicky developed and runs the Happy Workplace Leadership programme. This means she is uniquely qualified to look at your feedback alongside the principles of a happy and engaged workplace, with self-managing teams.
Why Hogan?
Hogan has more than 25 years of experience providing cutting edge assessments.
They can be a great tool for use as part of a talent management programme. We are able to offer HoganInsight reports for individuals who are not in senior leadership positions as well as HoganLead reports for those that are.
What assessments are available?
The Hogan assessments are the most scientific, well-respected, and rigorously validated personality assessments in the world. These tools are designed to enhance the effectiveness of leaders, teams, and organisations by creating powerful insights about human nature and performance.
Three reports make up the Leadership assessment:
Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) - The HPI describes the ‘bright side’ of personality; the characteristics that other people see when we are at our best. Assessing bright side personality provides critical understanding of how people perform and lead, as well as their potential for success.
Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) - The MVPI describes the 'inside' of personality; the self that you know. It assists career decisions by identifying the values and motives that are most important to the individual and can define the job type, team climate or corporate culture in which they are most likely to flourish.
Hogan Development Survey (HDS) - The HDS assesses the ‘dark side’ of personality; the characteristics that lie behind the social mask, that can ‘derail’ opportunities for success. Assessing dark side characteristics means performance risks can be identified and addressed before they become an issue.
