This 1 day workshop is an introduction to Power BI Desktop, the Microsoft tool that enables data from various sources to be ‘mashed together’ to create insightful reports.

Delegates do not need any prior knowledge, although advanced Excel users are the typical audience.

    Learners do not need any prior knowledge of Power BI, but must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level. You must be confident creating Pivot Tables and advanced formula (such as If and CountIf). If you do not feel confident with this, we recommend that you take our Excel Core Level 2 course first. People with Database, Programming, or other BI experience are also suitable for this course even if they don’t have direct Excel experience.
