What You Will Learn
Our Happy Workplace CEO Programme is based on our own practical experience at Happy (Best Workplaces top 20 workplace for five successive years), and learning from some of the world’s great workplaces (like Google and WL Gore). We have the know-how and ideas to create workplaces that are more exciting and fulfilling for you and your people.
You will discover and implement a unique set of management principles to create a culture that drives economic success. You will learn alongside other CEOs, providing an instant network of leaders with the same focus and aims with which to share knowledge, experience and challenges.
The evidence from numerous studies is clear that those organisations with the most empowered and involved workforces are not only happier places to be but more financially successful. If you put your people first, they will perform at their best, you will attract the top talent, they will stay longer and the business will flourish. Happy has a proven track record of supporting businesses to implement these ideas and create positive culture change.
About the programme
This comprehensive leadership training programme will provide a network of Chief Executives with similar goals that will stimulate ideas, inspiration, support as well as a creative space to challenge your thinking.
You will join us for a half-day workshop each month for twelve months at Happy’s training centre in central London. All workshops will be facilitated by one of Happy’s experienced leaders and include best practice from a number of nationally recognised best places to work.
The programme will also include external speakers who have implemented these ideas successfully in their own business and visiting businesses at the forefront of workplace culture.
Each event is designed to ensure complete individual involvement and participation, it will stimulate your thinking and challenge you. Working together with your fellow participants and learning from them is an integral part of Happy’s philosophy. The key focus is on practical skills and real outcomes throughout.
The content will involve an innovative and engaging blend of activities so that you can directly apply it to your current performance and your future success.
Personal leadership insight
The programme also includes your own validated personality profile with personalised feedback (Hogan). Through the feedback, you will identify and understand your tendencies and behaviour and also discuss the development areas that could be derailing your success. Your Hogan profile will give you true insight not just about your own values, strengths and potential but crucially about your reputation at work.
The Hogan assessments are the most scientific, well-respected, and rigorously validated personality assessments in the world. These tools are designed to enhance the effectiveness of leaders, teams, and organisations by creating powerful insights about human nature and performance.
Optional Extra – Structured on-line upward feedback
To measure the impact of this programme we recommend that you do a staff survey both before and afterwards. The data you get will provide insight into the current strengths and weaknesses of your organisation, highlight areas for development and enable you to measure the impact you have had. This can be provided by Happy as an optional extra at no additional charge.Enquire now
