Join our movement to create happy workplaces
Imagine a workplace where people are in control of the work they do. Imagine they have freedom, within clear guidelines, to achieve their results. Imagine they are able to have the life balance they want. Imagine they are accountable for the work they do, rather than the time they spend at their desk.
This is what we mean when we talk about happy workplaces — organisations where staff feel trusted and have freedom within clear guidelines to do their work.
The Happy Workplaces Conference is the annual event for anyone currently working towards a happy workplace, or who would like to learn more about how to start.
Join us on 17th June for fantastic speakers, lively discussions and networking opportunities with others committed to creating a happy workplace.
Save your place now at our Super Early Bird rate of just £195 each when you book before 31st December 2019! (Our lowest price — full price is £395!) Contact us or call 020 7375 3700 to book.

Our Speakers
We will be announcing more speakers closer to the event date — in previous years we have had speakers from organisations such as Sky, Propellernet, Woohoo! Inc and the John Lewis Partnership.
