The most recent project has been a roll out of training in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) to all of their staff to support working during the pandemic. "Happy is a really friendly and easy to work with training provider, whose courses are applicable to a wide range of roles and skill levels," says Molly Banyard, Business Support Administrator at Citizens Advice.
Between 2016 and 2018, Happy worked with a large company to provide support for a staged roll out of an upgrade to their system. Users needed to be able to work as usual from go-live. Happy provided videos, online learning and face-to-face learning. The project was ambitious, on a nationwide scale with an ever-evolving schedule.
Initially, Happy were engaged for the purpose of creating materials for a straightforward IT training and culture change project. After the initial scoping exercise, Happy redesigned pre-existing, standard content to help staff at Teenage Cancer Trust use the new and improved technology available to improve their working lives.
Pfizer chose Happy to develop and deliver training to support the roll-out of a Siebel-based CRM system to 13,000 salespeople across 22 countries. The core of the approach was to understand the needs of the sales staff and focusing the training on improving the way they worked.
