Course of the month: Stress Management
In this one day programme on 25th August, you will learn how to identify your strengths in managing stress. You will also learn simple stress management techniques including how to create a breathing space, how to alleviate signs of stress and how to say no. You will also takeaway your own personal action plan to use beyond the programme.
This one-day training programme will help you to analyse your current behaviour patterns and situations where you are experiencing difficulty. You will learn and practice skills and techniques of assertive communication in order to express yourself more clearly, openly and confidently in your personal and professional relationships.
Managing for the First Time
This two-day course is an introduction to the main aspects of management. It will look at different management styles and how to manage yourself, your organisation, and staff. It will include recruitment, motivation and dealing with difficult issues.
Training the Non-Trainer
During this one day course on 25th August, you will consider the learning process, explore training needs, plan a training programme and try different training methods. There will also discussion about problems that arise and difficult situations experienced by trainers.
