#TipTuesday: CountIf function

Learn how to use the CountIf function in this week’s Happy Computers Summer School time saving two minute video!

CountIf allows you to count all the cells that have a given value. For example, if you wanted to count the number of products sold in a certain colour, or the number of sales in a particular city (as in Nicky’s example above). This feature will save you so much time and it’s so easy to use.

CountIf is covered in our Microsoft Excel Core Level 2 training course – see upcoming dates below:

We are currently running an IT Trainer for a Day offer, which gives a day of training any Microsoft Office packages within an IT workshop, one-to-one training, or half a day of IT training, and is free for charities and half price for commercial and public sector organisations.

You can also join our Happy Video Library for just £40 per year to view hundreds of time saving two minute tips – contact us for details of group rates for organisations.
