You will identify your sources of stress and how you currently deal with stress, and will learn simple stress management techniques including Mindfulness to help you manage these. You will also create a personal action plan to take away with you.
This one day workshop is fully interactive and has a blend of activities so you can directly apply your new skills to your current performance and your future success.
