We’re pretty excited about our new Live Online Interactive Learning sessions. It’s a new style of learning that offers you 1 hour of fully interactive content in the comfort of your own home or office.
Not everyone can spare a full day of training, or is able to travel to a venue. For these people, Live Online Interactive webinars are a brilliant solution. You learn in a much quicker time, and focus on a particular session or task.

All sessions are £60 + VAT (Charity rate £45 + VAT)

How does it work?
In short, like any of our classroom courses: except you will be communicating with the trainer and each other using software on a PC. You log on to the session, and the trainer will guide you through the material – encouraging you to participate and learn from each other.
Our live online sessions are never pre-recorded. Our goal is to give you as excellent and interactive a learning experience as you would expect from any of our face to face events.
What technology is required?
Happy uses Webex for PC/Mac to run all our live online sessions. To participate you will need:
- Installation of the Webex software (which is easy to do, takes about a minute and we’ll support you with).
- Suitable audio: e.g. headset / earphones / speakers for your PC or Mac.
- Optional: microphone to communicate with the facilitator and other participants. If you don’t have one you can communicate via typing in chat.
The size of each group will be up to 6 participants. Places are limited, so book early!
