Happy is a leading provider of TPMA certification (Trainer Performance, Monitoring and Assessment). We are the only company in the UK to have achieved the Learning and Performance Institute’s prestigious Gold Standard for 19 successive years.
We offer a range of train the trainer courses to suit all levels, from those who have never trained anyone before and want to learn where to start, to experienced trainers who want to add pizzazz to their sessions.
Plus, we offer a full money-back guarantee – if you don’t believe that our learner-focused approach is a better training standard and that your training has been useful, you don’t have to pay us a penny.
Which course is right for you?
If you have no previous training experience or less than six months of training experience, start with our Training the IT Trainer Essentials course or our Training the Non-IT Trainer Essentials course.
If you are an experienced trainer with no previous training certification, choose TPMA Essentials. If you already have a prior trainer certification (such as TAP) choose the TPMA Refresher/Conversion course.
If you are an experienced, TPMA certified trainer who would like some advice and new ways to deliver great training, take a look at our Adding Pizzazz to Your Workshops course.
Training the IT Trainer Essentials
Whether you’re a complete beginner to training, or simply looking for more formal support, this course will give you your first opportunity to learn how to create great IT training. You will learn Happy’s method of ‘learner-focused’ training and will benefit from our extensive knowledge of training as well as your own experiences.
Training the Non-IT Trainer
Similar to the Training the IT Trainer course, you will learn how to facilitate engaging workshops in this two-day course. You will learn how to facilitate sessions in Happy’s learner-focused style, creating a plan and suitable exercises to help the material ‘stick’.
TPMA Trainer Certification Essentials
Become a Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) accredited trainer with our four-day Trainer Performance and Monitoring Assessment (TPMA) certification course. Over four days, you will practice, be challenged and receive invaluable feedback.
Designed for trainers with at least six months experience, you will spend three days learning how to deliver interactive and engaging training. The final fourth day is your assessment day, where you will undergo a formal professional assessment.
TPMA Refresher and Renewal
This course is designed for anyone who has previously passed the Trainer Performance and Monitoring Assessment (TPMA) certification and would like to reaccredit and refresh their skills.
Participants should be previously accredited TPMA trainers, or have an older accreditation such as TAP.
Adding Pizzazz to Your Workshops and Training Sessions
This one-day programme for experienced trainers and facilitators to give you fresh ideas for reinvigorating your delivery and bringing new life to your materials – making your sessions memorable and fun whilst also improving learner retention!
Really enjoyed the training with Sarah, the TPMA facilitator. She was very approachable, very professional and great within the sessions… Was very happy with the facilitator, the course and the group I found myself with. I thought it would be easier than it was but it was a nice challenge and stretched my abilities.
Amanda, TPMA Certification Essentials, March 2017
Thorough and expert trainers, provided an invaluable course that has enhanced my skills further. A very relaxed venue, with great lunches!
