The authentic staff survey, is a free online survey, produced by Happy People and Authentic Transformation. The idea is to measure both how happy your people are, and how well they understand your values and believe the company is acting.

We believe that people work best when they feel good about themselves and we want to help you find out how your staff feel. To find out, simply follow these steps:
- Fill out the short form linked below, and we will send you a code.
- Email the link (which we will send you) to your staff and ask them to fill in the survey, using that code.
- We send you a summary once the survey is complete*.
