Belbin team profiling is a set of methods devised by Meredith Belbin at Henley Management College to improve the effectiveness of your leadership team, or other groups, by assessing the roles they play best.
What’s involved with Belbin team profiling?
- You and your team fill out a self perception questionnaire, the Belbin Self-Perception Inventory.
- We analyse the data together, and discover which kind of team role you have an affinity towards.
- We then look at the bigger picture: the roles of all the team members. From this we can identify some of the overal strengths and weaknesses of the team.
- Finally we work together to help restructure your team to maximise the strengths of all its members (and minimise the weaknesses.
