eLearning is a great training solution in its own right. But by pairing materials with other forms of learning and interaction, you can really take it to the next level.
Classroom introductions, forums, wikis, blogs etc. all augment the user experience. They can also be an engaging way to learn...

Blended Learning
Blended learning means to provide supplementary resources for your eLearning users. These resources create a richer mix of learning activities. They might include:
- Offering short face to face sessions or classroom training and workshops.
- Social Media, such as blogging, twitter, Facebook etc. can be a great way for learners to get together, produce and share learning content.
Ideally the eLearning course should become a ‘hub’ from which web related activity develops.
Who is it for?
Organisations who want to…
- Engage with learners at a deeper level than a stand-alone course.
- Encourage learners to become peer learners and learner leaders.
- Encourage learners to produce learning materials for others.
How we do it
- Work with you to identify the types of appropriate formal and informal learning activities your learners will benefit from.
- Identify free tools and services that can be paired with your course, and how best to encourage their use.
- Develop a strategy for encouraging interdependency between learners.
- Incorporate opportunities for ‘blended’ features during production of eLearning materials.
