After EVERY course with Happy Computers, we offer 2 years free support from our IT Helpline. Staffed by the trainers themselves, you can expect practical support and answers to questions regarding anything you’ve covered on your course.
We answer many questions immediately and our commitment is to solve 90% of queries on basic Word and Excel within one hour. For more advanced/technical problems, it may take a little longer.
The helpline is open 9:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
