We have a little saying at Happy that we aim to live by ‘If you don’t measure it, you can’t manage it’…

At Happy we aim to continually improve our courses and our service.  For this reason we ask every person attending every courses to fill out an end-of-day evaluation form the results of which are rigorously reviewed (by name) on a daily basis.

The course statistics we publish are based on the following:

 

Would recommend

This is the percentage of delegates scoring 7 or above on a 1 to 10 scale.

 

Overall Verdict

This is the percentage of learners who scored ‘good or excellent’ as their overall verdict of the day.

 

Involvement

This is the percentage of learners who scored their trainers involvement of them in the day’s training as good or excellent.

 

 Confidence after attending

This is the percentage of learners who scored their confidence level at the end of the course as 7 or above on a 1 to 10 scale.

 

Happiness Rating

Our happiness rating is based on the following:

 

The rating

As part of the post course evaluation we ask learners to rate their ‘overall verdict’ on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.  According to our Happiness Rating:

Happy 5 smile ratingThe person we quote thought we were excellent.

Happy 4.5 smile ratingThe person we quote thought we were great.

Happy 4 smile ratingThe person we quote thought we were good.
